A Breather

just being

I’ve known it for a little while now—I need a break. You know when you feel like you’ve been running running running and need a moment to catch your breath but fear if you stop, you won’t get started again? Well, today I forcing myself to stop. I need to let my mind wander.

So today, I’m forcing myself to take a little break. I will work on things like: not planning a post, not running errands, not returning emails. Just being. Deep breath…

Do you ever have to force yourself to take a break?

You so deserve it Jen. I think just like we schedule in things needing to be done, we also need to schedule in days of nothing. Actually write down in the calendar a big X so that we have a day to recoup. I try to do that every few months. Enjoy your day!

In and out. I’m doing it with you. My month off from the blog was great. Take what you need. We’ll still keep clicking over to see if you’re back. xoxo, MJ
