Electric Dough - Make Learning Hands On Fun with Electric Play Dough

In this episode of Adventures in Learning, the kids invite their friends over for an electric play date.

I love this activity that gets kids making simple circuits out of play dough; it’s all about experimenting and playing around. Plus, once you get the kids started, they don’t need much help. You can read the companion article to the video on PBS Parents. In it, I share links to the dough recipes along with a kit you can buy if you don’t have a Radio Shack in town.

ps. If you like this episode or are looking for more projects like it, check out the flipboard magazine Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead: Hands On Activities for the Next Generation.

pps. Producing this series has been a huge undertaking and we couldn’t do it without your support and shares. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
