Happy Friday!

by , posted on October 5th, 2012 in Features

a few projects this week

Yesterday, I took an online test to discover my strengths. I was inspired after reading this post. I’m fabulous at identifying my weaknesses (I do it all the time, it’s a habit of mine), but need an assessment to help me discover my strengths. I could wax philosophical about this, but that would be feeding the weakness fire. So I’m just going to move on.

But I will admit, when the list of character strengths came back, I scrolled down to the bottom to see what I scored low on. What can I say? Old habits die hard.

ps. Does that last sentence show how obvious it is I scored dead last in self-regulation?

Ahem.

You are really good at culling through websites and putting together a really fun eclectic mix of things. I look forward to your Friday links. (And you might be the most impressive picnicker I know. Those sandwiches looked seriously yummy.)

Thanks for the linkety linkness! We’re off to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving and I am bringing supplies to make the Halloween garland. Yay for felt and crafts! Also going to do the watercolour tree with the real leaves.

Can’t believe that you are low on self-regulation – they must define it differently. You couldn’t do all of this without fab self management skills.

While it’s so fun to be included in this mix (thank you! thank you!), it’s even more fun to look through and think about all the fun we might have in this upcoming week. What a great resource filled with lovely ideas!

Those mini Halloween crafts you did this week are amazing. I adore everything miniature!

I’m also an expert at identifying my weaknesses. High five!

Loved seeing you on Design Mom last week!
