Happy Friday!

these guys
Well I survived a week of renovation. After major demolition on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were pretty quiet. Now there’s just some light-ish hammering/drilling noise from an electrician installing lights.
Every day after school, the kids race home to check out the progress. They have big plans for the basement, which is now a blank slate. They envision a play space, art station and hang out area. Meanwhile, Dave and I envision a work space.
You may notice some renovations here on the blog too. There’s a spiffy new logo and some little refinements here and there. You’ll see a few more changes in the coming weeks. Classic Play turns three next month and it’s grown up a lot since the beginning. Dave and I thought it was time for a change. I’m really in love with it so far! Crossing my fingers the rest goes smoothly. Eek!
